We believe that psychological support is beneficial across the lifespan and can support you to deal with the ups and downs of life.

Our goal is to support you to live the best life possible.

Donna Gee (Principal)

Donna has worked as a Clinical Psychologist in public mental health and private practice for the past 20 years.  She is passionate about supporting people to manage their mental health by understanding any challenges they experience and developing the skills to address these challenges both now and in the future.

Donna has worked with children, young people and adults and believes that the individual and their environment can bring a lot of knowledge and strategies to the psychological space.  Donna aims to develop a shared understanding of difficulties and a pathway to an improved future.  Donna provides a warm, empathic and practical space for clients and their families when they are at their most vulnerable.

Donna utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and a strengths-based approach.  She has also provided supervision and training on an individual and organisational level, at a local, national, and international level.
